Welcome to the Telemedicine Portal
We are now offering telemedicine visits for patients who exhibit any flu-like symptoms and for all patients that do not require an in-person exam. New CDC policies allow for us to see new and established patients, and those patients with Medicare. Some commercial insurance will still require a co-payment.
You may schedule a telemedicine appointment by calling the office at 765-204-1122. Or, you can schedule directly using the patient portal if you are an established patient.
You do not need a special account to have a telemedicine appointment! At your scheduled appointment time, enter the virtual waiting room for the provider. When you click on the provider button, a new window will open and you will be leaving the Coze Health Medical LLC website to a secure HIPAA-compliant channel. Once the provider is ready to see you, the provider will appear in the conference window.
Telemedicine uses both video and audio. You will need a compliant browser or telephone for this service - Chrome or Safari. If you are using a cell phone, please make sure you have Wi-Fi or 3G minimum connection. For iPhone, use Safari. For Android devices, use Chrome.
Enter the room 10 minutes before an appointment and double-check all of the settings (like video and audio access).
Training / Troubleshooting: a Coze Health Medical staff member will contact you prior to your appointment and test your connection with you.
