We believe in treating the whole person using family medicine practices as well as the opportunity for integration of lifestyle medicine therapies, oral health, and nutrition. Very often, lifestyle interventions can be more effective than medications, with reduced side effects and risks. Recent studies published in the Journal of the American Medical Association describe the benefits of combined treatments of managed prescription medication with nutrition, exercise, and wellness therapies. Patients who receive lifestyle treatment plans for high cholesterol, obesity or weight gain, stress, diabetes, anxiety or depression may have reduced problems associated with their illness.
Our team will support you as you make progress to attain optimal health. Our unique Coze Health® Care platform allows for patients to work directly with their wellness coach or physician. Patients can elect to participate in getting feedback on meal plans, progress or problems with a current treatment, and direct messaging with their physician. The lead physician will meet with your select team on a regular basis to make sure your treatment plan is still appropriate. We strive to offer everything you need for your healthcare in our HIPAA-compliant and secure network.
Our extended appointments and analysis of thorough lab panels allow for our physicians to provide a treatment plan that is tailored to your health problems and health goals. Our plans focus on reversing or living with chronic disease through emotional well-being, eating behaviors, activity, sleep disorders, and pain management.
