At Coze Health Medical LLC, we are monitoring the daily updates regarding the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic that is spreading throughout the world. The following changes are being implemented to protect our patients and staff in accordance with these guidelines. We will make adjustments accordingly based on public health official guidance.
We are asking anyone with flu-like symptoms, running a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, runny nose or having recently traveled to contact our office prior to your visit. We do not anticipate needing to cancel any appointments, as we can change your visit to a Telemedicine/Video visit if needed. These visits can be easily completed with any device that has internet access and either a Safari or Chrome web browser for computers or cell phones.
For all patient visits, there is a limit of one non-symptomatic visitor per patient. The visitor must be at least 18 years old.
