Thank you for continuing to choose Coze Health Medical LLC for your healthcare. A few patients have asked us about our current mask policy. In accordance with the Center for Disease Control guidance, we are still requiring patients and our staff to wear personal protective equipment (facemark, respirator, or other well-fitting coverings for your nose and mouth) while in our facility. As a healthcare facility, we are not exempt from this protective measure at this time. If you do not have a mask when you arrive, please notify our staff and we will provide one prior to entering the building.
