COMMERCIAL (usually under 65)

MEDICARE (Medicare, Medicare Advantage)

If you have just turned 65 or it is your first year with Medicare:

The Initial Preventive Physical Exam (IPPE), also known as the Welcome to Medicare Preventive Visit, promotes good health through disease prevention and detection.

The Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) includes a Health Risk Assessment (HRA). The aim of this visit to develop or update a Personalized Prevention Plan (PPP).
